The Estate comprises two beautifully appointed cottages. The intimate one-bedroom Stone Cottage and the spacious two-bedroom Arrow Junction Cottage; available together as a sole-use private estate sleeping up to eight guests. Surrounded by stunning landscapes with views of the Remarkables, the property offers a rare combination of seclusion and convenience.

Both cottages feature fully equipped kitchens, living areas, dining tables, bedrooms with quality linen and towels, and private outdoor spaces perfect for entertaining. Each Cottage has an outdoor patio area with table, chairs and BBQ.

Meet your host

Hi, I'm James, owner of Arrow Studios and the person behind the small details you'll notice around the cottages. I've been hosting guests for over twelve years and I'm an Airbnb Superhost.

After a successful career as a TV producer, I've developed an eye for setting a scene and telling a good story, and I like to think that shows in how the cottages are presented. Years of travel, adventure and meeting people from all walks of life have taught me what makes a stay memorable: comfort, character, peace, quiet and a touch of class.

When I'm not here, you'll find me relaxing with friends, repairing old machinery, reading, chasing powder at Coronet Peak and Treble Cone, ski touring in the backcountry, riding the local bike trails, sailing fair winds, or taking an early morning blast over the Crown Range in my air-cooled 911. I also enjoy gardening, golf and spending time with my children. I'm a serial binge-watcher of compelling TV (Peaky Blinders and Taboo are favourites), drink way too much coffee, and love Asian cuisine and page-turner thrillers.
