Check-in is from 3:00pm and check-out is by 10:00am. Self check-in is easy and there's no need to coordinate arrival times with your host.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately we're unable to accommodate pets at either Arrow Junction Cottage or Stone Cottage.

Is there parking on site?

Yes, free off-street parking is available for both cottages.

How far are the cottages from Queenstown?

Arrow Studios is located minutes from Arrowtown, and Queenstown approximately 2o minutes depending on traffic.

Is WiFi included?

Yes, free WiFi and streaming (Netflix) are included at both cottages.

Can I book directly instead of through platforms such as AirBnB or Booking.com?

Yes — booking directly through arrowstudios.co.nz avoids third-party platform fees and commissions.
